If you're in a country that includes Netflix but you aren't seeing it on your Apple TV 3 home screen its possible the app has been set to hidden. Try this to re-enable it.
- From the main menu, go to Settings > Main Menu . If Restrictions are on, you might need to enter your passcode.
- Select an app.
- Select Hide or Show.
