Dec 10, 2015 6:33 AM in response to Faxri99by Loner T,I have the 13-in 2012 MBP. I have installed W7 and W8.1 using both USB and DVD. If you have the physical DVD that you know works in a PC please test with the DVD. Did you run SMC/NVRAM Reset with all external devices disconnected before you tried the USB?

However, there may be a work around. What type of an external keyboard are you using? Do you have access to an Apple Bluetooth Keyboard?

Dec 10, 2015 6:56 AM in response to Faxri99by Loner T,Is it a USB Keyboard? Instead of using the Command key, have you tried using the Windows key to run SMC Reset/NVRAM Reset?

Dec 10, 2015 11:17 AM in response to Loner Tby Faxri99,my keyboard worked. i dont know what is wrong with keyboard it wokrs for combinations when i turn on pc but dont work for os x. I unplagged everythin and reset smc and nvram. But it shows this error message again

Dec 10, 2015 11:21 AM in response to Faxri99by Loner T,The Installer loads drivers from the USB. It does not enable an external keyboard, because it does not know that your internal keyboard is not working.
Can you test using a DVD installer?

Dec 10, 2015 2:39 PM in response to Faxri99by Loner T,The ISO file used to create the USB installer can also be burned to a DVD. You will need a blank recordable DVD.
