My Apple TV will not respond to my remotes. I have done the reset with remotes (silver and I pad) and still no video or menu no matter what I have tried

MY Apple TV will not respond to my remote. It will not even turn it on now. It flashes 3times quickly and goes blank. I have 2apple tv's the other one works great.

Apple TV (3rd generation), iOS 9.0.2, Silver remote
