How do I assign enough video memory to run 2 displays?

How do I assign enough video memory to run 2 displays? Mac mini running 10.10.5 with a DVI monitor, adding a VGA monitor. Citrix message sats admin needs to assign more video memory

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Regardless of what type of Mini you may have, there is no way for the user

to assign a specific amount of video memory. On those Minis with discrete

graphics chips, it is fixed and can in no way be changed. On Minis with

integrated graphics, it can only be changed by adding more RAM and the

amount allocated is set by the operating system and will limit to a certain

amount depending on what version OS X is installed and the integrated graphics

GPU.
