I see that you are experiencing an issue with some purchased songs from iTunes. It also seems like you may have created a new Apple ID. If these items were purchased with an older Apple ID, then you should use that ID to authorize the songs for play. If you have forgotten your old Apple ID password, use this link to help you recover it:

Dec 8, 2015 4:41 PM in response to braden85by macina12,The old Apple ID is still active and is used my another family member. The email address was not changed, I simply obtained a new Apple ID. Everything is authorized as it should be, my phone just doesn't recognize that. Any other suggestions?

You may need to have your family member that is using the old Apple ID check to make sure that the device you are using is listed as an associated device, as stated in the following article:
