When I tried to log on to my MacBook Pro,2015, the cursor wouldn't respond. Nor can I shut it down. Is it possible to get a response by forcing a shutdown or a reboot? A tech at the Apple store did that a couple of weeks ago when the same thing happened. I think he pushed Control Op and another key, and it responded immediately, problem solved. My problem is that I can't remember which keys to push.
