Whilst your bank may be a participating bank, not all cards that it issues are necessarily "supported cards".
For example, your bank may not support debit cards for business accounts or debit cards issued to minors.
To check whether your specific card is supported, contact your bank.

The reason it posted the wrong info is probably due to you not having updated your profile. Click on your name at the top of this page > and edit profile in the drop down menu. Then alter the device details where you currently have iPhone4 etc.
