Q: How do you unzip files?

I recently purchased graphics and the file ends in .rar. I am having trouble downloading and unzipping this file. Any suggestions?

Hello!
Go to the App Store. Type ".rar" in search bar. There are dozens of Free Extractors. Look around and do some Google research for the one you're interested in. I do not have a personal recommendation, sorry. I can say that the file extractors that can do .zip, .rar, .gzip and .tgz will be the ones worth looking into.

OS X can open .zip, gzip and .tgz without additional software.
"The Unarchiver" will open .rar and is free on the Mac App Store.
