I recently Bought an iPhone 6splus 16gb for t mobile everything is good, my question is simple i know i cant live on 16gb so can i go to an apple store with my phone and exchange it for a higher memory one ?is it possible? is it free? if not how much is required? it doesn't matter i don't want anything fancy i just want a decent memory and a phone i can use with t mobile

No you cannot. You would have to purchase a higher memory device separately unless you purchased the iPhone 6 within the last 14 days.

You bought it online via the Apple online Store? If so, then if you purchased it within the last 14 days you can return it. Then you can purchase the other type of phone you want. Otherwise, no, you cannot.
