ALBUMS VIEWS IN PHOTO APP NOT RESPONDING- ONLY MOMENTS VIEW. NO SOLUTIONS FOR 3 WEEKS FROM ENGINEERING

For the last 3 weeks or more, when i go to iCloud.com and check my photos- I only see


MOMENTS VIEW. When i click on ALBUMS view - i get error message that this app is not responding.


choices are to reload or send data to APPLE.


Senior APPLE advisor has sent case up to engineering and I have gotten no word for almost 3 weeks.


I have EL CAPITAN on my MACBOOK AIR. this is very frustrating and I've backed up all my photos on external


hard drive and AMAZON CLOUD PHOTOS (which works very well).


I'm wondering if anyone else has same problem. I'm also bothered that APPLE has chosen to have a MOMENTS view.


Why are they choosing important Moments for me? I don't even need that category-I prefer organizing my photos myself-into ALBUMS and i have a FAVORITES album.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

It is the same here. The "Albums" tab in the Photos.app at https://www.icloud.com is causing the Photos.app to crash since about a week.

I keep sending the report to Apple and ignore it, since iCloud Photo Library is working fine on my iPad and Mac.
