Q: Pebble Apps Crash with my iphone 4 (ios 7.1.2)

I just bought Pebble Classic and try to install the Pebble App using App Store. It has successfully installed. But every time I launched the Pebble App, the apps never fully opened (crashed). I tried to close the apps (double click home button and swipe up the running apps) but still cannot launch the Pebble App. Are there anyone can help me?

I am using Iphone 4 and ios 7.1.2 (11D257)

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

    Hi Budimok,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems the Pebble app is not launching. Is the happening with other apps? It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

    Hi Mario49,

Thanks for your reply. But it seems like none of the suggestion worked on my case. I updated my iOS to the latest (7.1.2 for iPhone 4), been trying to closed or uninstall the Pebble App and re-install it again, I also try to reset all content and settings, but still the app cannot launched.

The compatibility information on the app details stated it "requires iOS 7.0 or later" and "Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch".

If there's any suggestion, it would be very helpful. Until now, I just can assumed that latest Pebble App cannot works with iPhone 4.

    Hi

I think that your problem iphone 4

If you can update to iphone 5 s /  6s

You will find a lot of apps will only work on later iphones / iPads

Has time goes by it will be harder to get apps

That work as they need more power

    Than the iPhone 4.

    Cheers
