I cant create new apple id. When in say none to billing info it doesnt work out too.

I tried creating my apple id by choosing "none" on billing info but unfortunately it didnt work. What would i do to create a new apple id? help pleease..

Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method - Apple Suppor…

If you still face problems, please let us know what exactly happens when you try to create an Apple ID (what error messages you see etc.).

Thanks d.cohen for the reply. I just followed the instructions to create new apple id without using visa. But it didnt work. When i choose "none" in billing info the response i get was " pls contact apple support...." I tried creating new email to try again but i get the same result.
