I can't backup anything from iPhone 5, iOS 9.1 to iCloud

I any more info is required. Plegase ley me know

iCloud space: 4.9

iPhone data: 1.5/2

iDrive: empty

iDrive, iCloud and Backup: Active

iOS: 9.1
