Nobody forces you to use it. Nobody forces you to use full screen mode either. I rarely use them.
The fact that they are there is in no way detrimental to my use of the mac.
You can perfecly ignore it - I am sure most users don't know it exists, and yet they continue to use their macs just fine.

It means that it should be one of the best thing of this OS: risizing windows ( as it was before).
