If I understand correctly, the display on your iPad is distorted and the issue persists after restarting the device. If you haven't already, try restoring your iPad as described in the article linked below.

If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality
- Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
