Q: iPhone 6 searching for carrier

Hi guys -

I woke up to my iPhone 6 unable to connect to a carrier. I brought it to the Sprint store to have it checked out and they couldn't figure out why.

When I got home, I hard resetted my phone, and it successfully connected to my carrier, worked for the remainder of the day until Day 2.

Day 2, I wake up and the phone is again searching for carrier. I tried the same steps of resetting my phone, but now it doesn't seem to work.

Anyone ever experience this issue?

Thanks AmishCake, tried the steps in the link you provided previously. Still no good

It's so strange that it worked after a hard reset, then failed to work again. Feel like I was given a lemon iPhone 6.

If you've restored as new and it still does not work, then you have a hardware problem and should take it in to an Apple Store Genius Bar (make an appointment first) to see about your options.
