Q: Book series on iBooks Store

Hi,

I have the same name of the series for all my ten books on iTunes Producer files but my books are not displayed as a series neither on iBooks Store or in my iBooks Library.

Some books by other authors are displayed as series without any problems.

Any ideas other than call to the support?
