Q: Frequent request to enter apple id Password

Does anyone have the same problem I am experiencing

 

on iOS devices after logging in I am asked for the password for my apple ID. This has now progressed to my OSX devices.

 

I have had three cases with apple raised and whilst the advisor seemed to be knowledgeable they have not been able to resolve the problem and have never given the same answer.

 

These are the action I have been told to undertake

 

  1. Logout of apple ID and log back in.
  2. Hard Reset of the iOS device
  3. Change the password to Apple ID this has been disastrous.
  4. Reset the login app word to OSX devices.

 

I have looked on the internet and it seems that the issue with iOS devices has been around since iOS 7,

 

All suggestions will be welcomed.

 

What makes it worse is that have have apple devices in two countries. Support varies between the two countries.

 

Hardware is 2 macbook airs, three iPads, Ipad 2 iPad Air 2, iPad 4 mini, iPhone 4s and iPhone 5s
