Q: what shall i do as i get a message in my i pad(ipad is disabled) ?

I have updated my ios in my i bad ,when i start to fallow the process of starting my i pad ask for passe word ,now i got this message (iPad is disabled) connect i tunes

Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes (you will need an up-to-date version of iTunes installed) : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support - that should let you reset the iPad and restore/resync your content to it
