Screen turned 180 degrees, doesn't turn back

I accidentally turned my screen 180 degrees. It doesn't get back to normal. What to do?😢

Before reinstalling, you may just need to reset your preferences. If it can't load the Display Preference Pane, there could be something wrong with your System Preferences.plist. Note that deleting this plist will RESET ALL of your preferences in System Preferences.

Click Finder, then click Go > Go to folder. Type in the following

~/Library/Preferences/

Click Go, then look for com.apple.systempreferences.plist and drag it to the trash. Don't empty the trash yet.

Restart the computer and open System Preferences the same way I told you before and see if it loads the Displays preference pane this time. If it still doesn't work, you might as well open the trash, right click the original plist and click "Put Back." If it says the file already exists, replace it with your original. This will at least bring your other settings back.

IF all this fails, then try a reinstall.
