Q: I have an iPhone 5c 16gb and in total I don't even think I've used 3Gb but it's saying I have no memory! I've tried deleting photos ect but it doesn't give me memory back but it's now affecting using the phone as I'm not getting messages properly ect

Check your storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If this problem is really bugging you and nothing people have said online has helped I recommend going to your local Apple store and explaining the problem, they should be able to fix it - or give you a replacement for that matter.

Hi, i have the same problem, I read somewhere that restoring the iPhone fix it, and it did for a while, but after a few weeks the memory was empty again. I realize that the problem was the Apple Music app, so I tried closing the session in it, and the memory was back!!! . It is still a problem that Apple has to solve, but at least I don't have to restore my iPhone again.
