Q: Port 1900 open according to my telecom provider, but it is not

My telecom provider keeps reporting that port 1900 on my router is open.  When I scan from the outside using online scanners it never is.

On my router it is closed.  All settings that could possibly open it are off. Nobody here does online games ( I know some games use port 1900).

Does anybody have an idea as to why this could be?  Are there programmes like Skype or so that open port 1900?

Some facts.

My telecom provider reports my IP-Address at the time, the time it happened and what the perceived problem is they state: open event: SSDP (Port 1900/udp)

They tell me what hardware is included.  (BTW my router it is an Edimax BR6675ND - Hardware Version: Rev. A, Boot Code Version: 1.0, Runtime Code Version: 1.22)

In front of the router is a modem from D-Link. Product: DSL-321B, Firmware Version: DE_1.05, Hardware Version: D1.

I have several Macs in my network, running 10.6 and 10.9, and printers.

My telecom provider reports that the machine they see has Software-Version: Linux/2.6.21, UPnP/1.0, Portable SDK for UPnP devices/1.3.1

It also sends this link (is the internal IP address of my router): http://192.168.1.254:49153/description.xml  but that does not work.

Anybody any ideas as to why this might be?
