use iphone as bluetooth qr scanner

A lot of our employees need to scan QR codes to read product serial numbers. Most of them have an iPhone. Instead of buying an external Bluetooth scanner for them, we would like to use the iPhone's capabilities by scanning the code on the iPhone with an appropriate app and sending the scanned text to the PC via Bluetooth hid Profile.

Is this possible at all? I have only found a lot of Information about using a Bluetooth Keyboard for the iPhone, but nothing on how to use the iPhone as a BT Keyboard itself.
