I just bought an IPod Nano and cannot get it to sync. I keep getting a Recovery message and when I click on "Continue", it just takes me back to the "Recovery" message.

Hey parrishm27,
To make sure we are on the same page, iTunes prompts of a recovery message every time you open it. Let's see what we can do about it.
The first thing I would try is to open iTunes up in Safe mode by holding Shift and Control keys. This will disable any third party plugin's that might be giving you issues. Take a look at the article below as it has multiple troubleshooting options for issues with iTunes when staring it up.

If you feel that you need to reinstall iTunes. Follow these steps below to remove iTunes and it's related software in the specific order and then download and install the latest version of iTunes.
