Trouebles with SSD on MacBook air 2014 A1466 (OS: EL Capitan)

After serparating my hard drive into 2 parts (needed for Windows setup via Bootcamp), it started to crash (Kernel_crash cpu3), in the begening the only problem was to start it again, as i couldnt start it from the first try (donw know the reason, as he was shutting down randomly), and now i cant even start it, seems like my Mac cant see my SSD (black screen with folder and question mark appears) anyone have any ideas what can it be, cs i want to belive that this is just a glitch, as i am using my mac only for 2 years.
