Configurator 2: How to arrange icons

In Apple configurator 1, I could deploy a pre-defined arrangement of icons along with all the apps and profiles by creating a backup of one iPad which I set up the way I want it and then restoring it to several iPads. In Apple configurator 2, I have not found a way to arrange the icons on the iPads the way I want it. I can create a blueprint with which I can deploy apps and profiles, but I haven't found a way to deploy a pre-defined arrangement of icons when I apply the blueprint.

Do you know an easy way to arrange the icons on several iPads the way I want it?
