Feb 15, 2016 7:54 AM in response to nic gby VikingOSX,Some applications simply unpack into your Downloads folder, and you are expected to move them into the Applications folder. If you do not see an EndNote application icon in your /Applications, or Downloads folder, then it is not yet installed.
Click on the Downloads icon adjacent to your Trashcan in the Dock. The EndNote download will appear in there. Click it. It will likely open an installer on your Desktop, where you either drag to the Applications folder in that installer window, or run the installer. You do not run EndNote itself from this installer window. When it is installed, right-click on the mounted installer icon, and select Eject from the pop-up menu.
