Photos: import uncompressed raw files

I have updated my camera (Sony alpha 7 ii) with firmware update 2.0. Now I can save my photos in uncompressed raw format. However, both of my macs (Yosemite 10.10.5) do not seem to support this format. Nor does Apple Fotos 1.0.1 - it imports the images from Sd Card and I can see them for some seconds in my library before they turn black one after another. Thanks in advance for any help.

The built-in Apple raw does not necessarily support all RAW formats your camera can produce. Generally they only support the one "plain vanilla" default format. Until Apple releases an update to the RAW processor, you will have to use another RAW processor or switch back to compressed RAW. The image you see "for a few seconds" is the jpeg preview embedded in the RAW file.
