Can i put classic onto a tiger os if the classic i have in there is malfunctioning i wish to run some sys. 9 programs

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), os 10 functions fine

Do you have a working classic on another machine? You can copy the mac os 9 folder [ for get name ] to you tiger machine.

Create new partition on external drive with classic drivers included. install 9. install 10.

at this point i dont have working classic but should be able to get a hold of one thanks very much

And there is some "bless" command or technique to tell mac os that the classic folder is bootable.
