Q: mobfree.click re-direct- do I have malware?

I have a fully updated Iphone 6 using iOS 9.1.  When I go to a particular website (tmz.com - I'm assuming that it's reputable), it automatically redirects to MobFree.Click, which prompts me to download a dozen things and says that "application is currently downloading..." on the bottom.  I do not click on anything and clear it, as well as clear my settings/cookies/etc.  Is this associated with the website only or is it possible that this is malware on my Iphone?  Should I be concerned that something actually downloaded?  I can't seem to find any information about this website anywhere, except for one forum about 2 weeks ago where people were complaining about it.

Thank you!

Double-click your home button and then close Safari. Got to Settings > Safari and clear your history and website data.

I Had the same issue. After some investigation I noticed a app without and associated name installed on my phone. You can only view the app via settings. If you goto settings>General>storage&icloud usage you should be able to delete it. Problem solved.

The only thing I have ever had that has fixed redirects ( it used to be candy crush and other games )  was by enabling restrictions and turning off the app store.  You do this by going to settings- General - restrictions ( you have to use a passcode)- installing , deleting apps, in-app purchases get toggled off. It's been ages since I have had a redirect. If you need to download/delete/ update an app you just go back in and toggle on. Some people are fine with that and some are not but since the redirects were driving me nuts I could live with it.  Hopefully this works for people.
