Apple Id not recognized in AppStore in El Capitan

Hello:

I have a problem when tryng to update aplications in App Store.... It does not recognize my Apple Id and AppStore "hangs" and never responds.

The Apple Id is fine since I can access it from Apple's web page.

I am using a Mac Book Pro with OSX 10.11.1 (El Capitan) and same Apple Id was fine and working with Yosemite

How can I "unblock" my Id?

I have also tried with other Id's from other people and same thing happens...

I created a new Id for myself but same thing happens.

I'd appreciate suggestions and advice.
