Question

Since Windows 10 update iTunes does not sync with any of my devices. Please help.

I did my windows 10 update recently and since then my iTunes does not recognize any of my Apple devices. I have uninstalled iTunes 4 times and updated all software on my pc and it still does not work.

Please help as I haven't backed up my phone and iPad in a few weeks and don't trust the cloud.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2

Try the following:

Open Control Panel > Device Manager
Plug in your device
Locate Universal Serial Bus Controllers > Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
Right-click and select Update Driver Software...
Click Browse my computer for driver software
Browse to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
Click Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
Click Next, then Close and exit Device Manager

Hi.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the steps you gave did not help me. Once I plug my device in nothing happens. The apple mobile device driver does not display. I've tried plugging it into every port on my laptop with the same result. Please see screen shot attached.
