I can't access the internet there is a pop up malware warning. how can I fix this?

Settings - Safari - Clear data and website history. Then go back to Safari. If the warning tells you to call, do NOT call the number.
That's a scam. If you're trying to use Safari, clickhereand follow the instructions in the first paragraph of the last section; for other browsers, the instructions vary and may require deleting and redownloading them.
