can i back up?
I made my ipad erase all data and restart.
But photosteam had off before this. So photo cannot back up from icloud. How can i get back my important photo taken by ipad? Is it possible?

If you've reset the iPad back to factory defaults and didn't take a backup prior to doing so (you haven't got an cloud backup nor a computer's iTunes backup, and you didn't first copy off anything that you wanted to keep ?) then you could try doing an internet search for programs that claim to be able to recover content from a reset device (I haven't used one so I can't suggest any).
