It sounds like you purchased applications in a different iTunes Store region. The best option be to delete and redownload these applications in the correct region. There may be a cost for the download and any data associated with the application will be deleted once the application is removed.
Another option would be to change your region to the location that iTunes is requesting and process the update. I would suggest switching back to the correct iTunes store after the updates have been processed.
