Servers icon is an alias

Servers icon is an alias

Hi all,

When I select network in my sidebar there is an item called Servers. On all other machines I have looked at this contains an alias to the local HD. On my machine the Servers icon is a white document alias. What is wrong here? Can anyone help me?

PowerBook G4 1.67 Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Ok I have fixed it. What i had to do to fix this was to open Terminal and su to root, cd /automount, rm Servers and restart. When this was done going to Network in the sidebar and selecting Servers then showed an alias of my HD which in turn showed the contents of the drive.

I hope this is of some use to others...
