Q: Having trouble setting up my icloud email on Windows7 because POP3 cannot be changed into IMAP  Thanks for any help

The POP3 window just wont let me change it to IMAP in properties section.

    Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

     

    I see you're trying to get your iCloud Mail account set up on your Windows PC.  The best way to get this set up is to download iCloud for Windows linked to below.  It will help you get your iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendars into Outlook.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have Windows live mail where I have several other email addresses finding a good home.

    My iCloud is added to my Windows and I can see my emails there.

    I want to add my iCloud address to these others IN Live Mail, but when I start the process, I cannot get the PoP3 that shows up by default to become an IMAP setting that iCloud settings calls for.

    I will add pictures.
