Q: My macbook air won't power up because it had sweat from the inside due to heat while taking a shower but charges fine and asking for helping?

So I searched on youtube on how to fix it and they showed me to unplug the battery so I did that and I got it powered on by plugging it back up and charging and worked! But, when I powered it off to see if everything was fine I to redo the process and I'm afraid of turning it off or it won't turn on. The problems came when I brung it with me in the shower and the steam made it sweat on the inside I think and I let it sit there for a week. please help I love Tessa (the macbook)???!!!!
