Q: iPad is n playing sounds from apps or videos high the speakers but is playing sound effects. All sounds can be heard through headphones. iPad is not muted.

MY iPad isn't playing th sound from videos from Facebook and YouTube and no music from apps is being played through the speakers. However they can be heard through headphones. I have tried cleaning out all plug holes and no dust or anything has come out and didnt seem to help. The iPad is not muted I have tried fiddling around with the control centre switches and that didn't work. I have tried plugging the charger into the iPad a few times, this didn't work. I have turn off and rebooted the iPad. Nothing. The only sounds I can hear are the sound effects. When I use the volume buttons on the side of the iPad the only option is sound effects not volume or ringer.

PLease healp alp I need to be able to listen to the sounds for conference calls and presentations ! Help asap!!
