Q: iCloud Problem, iOS9

I have iphone 5s 32 Gb and it is factory unlocked since I bought. After updating to iOS 9 I am not able the take backup of my device on iCloud. I tried deleting old backup but it is not working as the circle keeps on rotating as shown in the picture. " Backup could not be completed". I have enough storage and I don't even sync my photos to iCloud but still the problem persist. Please help as I have been facing this problem since 5-6 weeks. I am also attaching some of the screenshot which might help you guys to understand my problem in a better way. When I go to manage storage and check the size of my next backup it shows 0.0 Mb.
