unable to launch apps or perform tasks with siri or update to final release from ios 9.2 beta 4

I am on the public beta of ios 9.4, beta 4. I do not have an option to install the public final release. Since beta 4, I cannot use Siri to launch any apps, read or send texts, etc. Any ideas?

You need to go back to the website where you signed up for the public beta for information on dealing with issues. You can also take a look to see if this will help, About iOS beta software - Apple Support, as discussion of beta software issues cannot be discussed on the public forum.
