Q: Does anyone with Windows 7 & Office 365, Have iCloud for Windows working properly on their system?

Does anyone have this combination working after upgrading to iCloud for Windows 5.1?

I'm at a loss as to why my setup is not working and would like to know if there is still some incompatibility present or if it's just me.

Thanks,

James

    Hello James,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you are having issues using iCloud for Windows. To answer the specific question you asked, yes, many people are able to use iCloud for Windows with Windows 7 and Office. Without an idea of specific issues that you are seeing, here is an article that should get you started in troubleshooting and resolving what might be going on.

    Hi,

With all due respect, could you please provide evidence for your claim that "many people are able to use iCloud for Windows with Windows 7 and Office"?

I am currently in contact with an Apple engineer and we are working towards solving the issue because iCloud for Windows 5.1 does not appear to be working with Windows 7 and Office 365 although I have been told that it is supposed to, Windows 10 is fine.
