I sounds like you are trying to backup your contacts from your iPhone 6. One way to backup your contacts, especially if you have iCloud is to first make sure you have Contacts turned on:

Back up automatically in iCloud
After you've turned on iCloud Backup, iCloud can automatically back up your device each day. iCloud makes these daily automatic backups only if:
- Your device is connected to a power source.
- Your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- Your device's screen is locked.
- You have enough available space in iCloud for the backup.

Dec 12, 2015 1:56 PM in response to Sahnas98by pedro d,Hello again, Sahnas98.
Thanks for the follow up photos to show your settings. It seems, from that first image that you have Contacts turned on to iCloud. You can verify that by logging into icloud.com/contacts from your computer to verify that your contacts are there. If you want to have a backup of your iPhone in iCloud, you can follow the steps mentioned above as well.
When you restore your device and turn on iCloud contacts again, these saved Contacts will restore them to your device.
Hope this helps clarify a bit more for you.
Sincerely.
