My apple watch startup screen is locked with a big red exclamation mark. I tried to reset it by pressing both buttons for 10 seconds and IT's NOT WORKING. Help ANYONE

Unfortunately, you need to contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch serviced under warranty:
