Hi! I'm in the US Region and I currently have an iPhone 6+. It is updated to the 9.2 OS but for some reason I can't find the news app on it. I have it on my iPad but it is not showing up on my iPhone at all. I have tried setting it to a different region and then doing a hard restart and then changing the region back but that does not work.
Any suggestions?

That is interesting that you can't find your News app on your iPhone. Let's see if we can find it.
The first thing I would do is use Spotlight on your iPhone either swipe right or down from the middle of your Home Screen to bring up Spotlight. Type in News to see if it shows up. If it does and it is in a folder, it will display that folder.
If it does not show up, I would look to see if you have any Restrictions on your iPhone that might prevent it from showing up.
