Itunes update failed for itune 12.3.1 32 bit on windows 10

I just purchased a new Ipad pro . Of course to be able to sync this device with my Itunes requires me to upgrade to

the latest ITunes 12.3.1.. now the software downloads and start to install but then get the following errors.

And then

The itunes.msi file is there but it will not complete the install.

Anyone have the same issue ? Help. .

iPad, iOS 9.2, New IPAD Pro

Try the Microsoft Fixit listed in note 1 to the second box.

No I tried that no luck,

Now I have uninstall All the application but Itunes will not let my uninstall.

and now I can repair or change it is basically not working at all.

Same error message or has it changed?

Can you use the Install Missing Components approach?
