i listen to podcasts on my iPhone 5 (ios9) while driving . few times a week an idea , important keyword ... etc comes into my mind and i don't want to miss that. how can i record (voice) without pulling over and recording ?
i have a Bluetooth headset (LG model HBS-900).
If your headset supports Siri, you should be able to invoke Siri by tapping some button on your headset. You can then say, "Siri, take a memo". You will then be able to dictate a note that will appear in the Notes app.
I've never tried to use Siri to make a voice memo as I don't use those. However, you can certainly experiment to see if you can do something similar.
i listen to programming podcasts ,and when i want to record notes it will include a lot of programming technical words ,siri will not recognize those in part because there are a lot of acronyms , also because i am not a native English speaker.
i am looking for recording my voice ,i.e. mp3 file for example.
If you ask Siri to "Record a voice memo", Voice Memo will open. You'll still need to tap the big red record button, though.

i tried many third party voice recorders ,all of them need the dangerous action of pressing that red button.
I suspect that paying that much attention to a podcast is already distracting. It's not just taking your hands off the wheel, pushing buttons that's the what makes using cell phones dangerous while driving. It's the fact that your attention is elsewhere. Perhaps you could consider listening to lighter fare while driving.

I could not agree more.
You are asking for complicated actions. Wait until you are not driving and can pay 100% attention to what you are doing - both when you're listening/recording and (separately) driving.
have been listening to podcasts while driving for long time with zero accident. so no problem there. for the recording i can't see why it is complicated. siri does 90% of the job already , the only problem is that siri mandate that i say words that she understand. siri is not a java programmer no ?

I have crossed the street without looking both ways numerous times and have not gotten hit by a bus. Yet. That doesn't change the fact that it's a risky thing to do.
No, Siri is not a java programmer. Siri isn't a person at all. Siri is a part of iOS (which, to the best of my knowledge, is not based on Java).
