Call over wifi does not show up as an option after 9.2 upgrade and connection to itunes
Is there something I missed?
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2
Does your carrier support the feature? Have you verified with them that your account is properly configured?

Are you looking in the right place? Settings/Phone
Have you checked for a Carrier Data update? AT&T issued one in conjunction with the 9.2 update. Go to Settings/General/About, and if there is one you will be prompted to install it.
