Can't install update for 10.11.2

I update from App store, then click restart as OSX asked, then the status bar stuck on installing software update.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), Safari

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.


If your Mac has not completed the installation process for an OS X update and it's unresponsive, then you will need to force the computer to shut down and then restart.


If your Mac won’t shut down, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to force a shutdown.


OS X El Capitan: Log out, sleep, restart, and shut down


Then check your version number to see if the update was applied.


Find the OS X version and build number on your Mac
