Updates IOS 9.2 can't connect to Apple Server on iPad and iPhone

Updates IOS 9.2 can't connect to Apple Server on iPad and iPhone. iTunes also will not connect. How do I correct this problem. Appears I can only contact support if my devices are still covered under warranty.
